A message from the owners
Over 35 years of residential appliance repair service has taught us that a business will only succeed if the customer is happy. We are a small family business that can give you the personal customer service that large companies frequently forget.
We repair residential appliances directly for you. We are currently not doing any manufacturer warranty repair. If you need warranty work done, we are happy to work directly with you, but will not work directly with the manufacturer. We will give you all documentation you will need to file a reimbursement claim. We will keep you up to date on your appointments, part status, and estimated completion windows. Our pricing structure is discussed clearly and upfront with no hidden fees.

Bill Pelletier
Owner & Technician
The reason why we do what we do! Bill has been in the appliance repair industry since 1985. Starting out as a technician, he found that he had a knack for it and soon opened his own business including a 10 employee staff. Lucky for us up here, he sold off his business in Massachusetts when he married Shanna and moved up here to go solo. He is passionate about his drag car, the Mo-Stang, and is working on getting it ready to go back to the track in 2025. Hope to see you at either NE Dragway or Winterport dragway.

Shanna Pelletier
Office Manager
Shanna started her adult life off as an Electronics Technician in the United States Navy. She then worked for Comcast for 20 years as both a technician and a supervisor while raising her kids in Dover, NH. Shanna now runs the household and the scheduling of the business while trying to keep the inventory inspectors from destroying the inventory! LOL

Daniel Pelletier
Technician
Daniel, one of Bill's 5 children, began his journey into his father's world of appliance repair in January of 2022 after graduating from Noble High School. He has been shadowing Bill since then along with all associated office duties when Shanna is unavailable. He is also completing on-line master appliance technician training to get all of his certifications. Daniel completed all training and eared the title of Technican in October of 2024.

Diogee Pelletier
Inventory Inspector
Diogee joined our team in November of 2019. He is highly experienced in the sniffing and identifying of all appliance parts when they are received. Rest assured that he has fully verified that your parts have the appropriate smells that appliance parts should have! :-)

Missy Lillith Pelletier
Inventory Inspector
Missy (also called Lillith in her naughty times) is our newest member of the team. She is training with Diogee to inspect every part but is still learning not to grab the parts and run away with them. She turned 3 in August of 2024


Professional Services
What We Provide - Residential Appliance Repair
Trip/Diagnostic - $95 - This is a one-time fee that every customer gets. It gets the tech to the house, a diagnosis, and a full repair estimate.
Parts - At MSRP cost - what you could buy it for is what we charge you. The most common parts are stocked in the van!
Labor - $75 per half hour - with over 35 years experience, most jobs are done in the first half hour!
Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged a service fee of $50. Please be courteous and give us at least a 48 hour window to fill your appointment slot.
